Agri Aware is pleased to announce that Southern Milling has committed to coming on board as a patron.
A specialist milling company producing top-quality, high-performance compound feed for the Irish dairy, beef, pig, sheep and poultry sectors, Southern Milling, headquartered in Co. Cork, has been in business as far back as the 1970s serving its wide customer base across Ireland.
With sister companies in Limerick and Longford (trading as Paul & Vincent) as well as Kellihers Feed and Agri in Tralee, Co. Kerry and Patton Feeds in Monaghan, Southern Milling’s top priority is to provide customers with the highest quality product for their particular farm. Southern Milling’s experienced technical advisory team have a deep, practical understanding of Irish agriculture and are dedicated to working with farmers to understand the targets and results they want to achieve. This helps to ensure the right products are selected and fed to animal’s year-round in order to meet their nutritional requirements.
Southern Milling joins over 70 patrons of Agri Aware, strengthening the agri-food educational body’s mission to enhance agricultural literacy among the general public. Southern Milling brings valuable expertise through its work with farmers, food producers and grain growers, helping to inform consumers about the economic, social, and environmental importance of agriculture and food production in Ireland.
