Agri Aware welcomes Slaney Foods as a new patron
Agri Aware, the Irish independent agri-food educational body, is delighted to announce the addition of Slaney Foods as a new patron.
The family business was established in 1970 as is located in the heart of the Slaney Valley, one of Ireland’s prime farming regions.
Commenting on the expansion of Agri Aware’s patron base, Chairman, Richard Moeran, said, “I am delighted to welcome Slaney Foods as Agri Aware’s newest patron. This further engagement with the agri-food sector highlights the importance of the agriculture industry for domestic economy as well as for exports.”
Agri Aware’s Chief Executive, Dr. Vanessa Woods, welcomed Slaney Foods as a new patron of Agri Aware, and said, “I look forward to working closely with Slaney Foods to engage the general public in the health attributes of grass-fed meat and the importance of the livestock sector in Ireland.”
